Following the success of last year’s edition, UniFor returns to Perth Design Week 2025 (March 20-27) with a dedicated installation at its corporate showroom unveiling the XYZ System by Foster + Partners Industrial Design.
Designed for the evolving needs of contemporary workplaces, XYZ is a flexible, human-centric system that seamlessly adapts to diverse office environments. Developed by Foster + Partners Industrial Design in collaboration with UniFor, the system comprises three key elements:
Shelving X – a modular storage and partition system
Table Y – a lightweight, reconfigurable table
Desk Z – an innovative, manually adjustable sit/stand desk
Sustainability at the Core
XYZ prioritizes sustainability without compromising performance. The use of durable materials such as timber and aluminium ensures longevity and minimal environmental impact. By eliminating electrical components in the Desk Z and optimizing material use in the Table Y, the system reduces energy consumption and waste, aligning with the growing demand for sustainable office solutions. As part of Perth Design Week 2025, the XYZ System will be showcased at UniFor’s showroom (45 Royal Street, Perth) in a specially designed installation that highlights its versatility and transformative potential for contemporary workplaces.
